How much time does it take for the whitelist to be applied after submitting it?
Whitelisting needs a max of 24h.
When encountering this failed transaction, it is recommended to check with the Acquirer and whitelist the client's credit or debit card.
The customer's bank has declined the transaction because the card number failed a security check, or the funds may have been frozen or depleted.
We have a complete setup of acquirers that we use to cascade your transactions, aiming to increase your AR. This response appears to be coming from one of the acquirers in the cascade chain. However, it indicates that this card was already rejected once or twice by other non-whitelisted acquirers.
Some countries are blocked based on the OFAC list, which we monitor on an ongoing basis. There are temporary restrictions in place for the summer, and others depend on the current risk appetite of the acquirers. Please note that we are also rerouting traffic between various acquirers to overcome some of these restrictions.
